Atlas Die takes pride in the fact that we don’t
just manufacture quality tooling for the converting process, we also have
on-staff experts that can teach our customers about fast and efficient
make-ready, process improvement, press foot printing and more. We have
developed courses that our personnel can teach, using both classroom and
on press presentation styles.

| Cutting Plate Positioning System |
Just another one of Atlas Die’s patented products. Designed to help quickly align previously used counterplate make-readies to the die, so that they can be saved off press and reused which reduces set-up time. |
| Fast Lock System |
This new die lock up system is designed to help eliminate the typical problems associated with die lock-up such as chase warping, die stretch, sharp creases, and carton dimensional instability. |
| AAA Embossing Option |
Integrated within the die, can eliminate two stage cutting. Micrometer adjustment tools ensure consistent alignment; as well as ease of transferring alignment to other cavities within the die. |

| mpower® Rule |
Specially produced by Sandvik, under the license for the Marbach Group. Mpower® rule has a slight radius (0.02 mm) on the cutting edge. The radius cutting edge is capable of absorbing up to three times the pressure of conventional rule before damage occurs. |

Our patented die inserts that help hold knives in the die, yet allows the knives to be removed and replaced without destroying the holding ability. |

| Chase Build |
Atlas offers complete chase rebuilds for all flat bed die cutters. Our chase rebuild includes the replacement of the backer plate and the squaring of the chase. All worn parts are replaced with the manufacturers’ original equipment parts or equivalent.
